Virgin Oil Grove Tunisia (VOG Tunisia) extracts and bottles the extra-virgin olive oil coming from lands known for their exceptional quality. We have chosen the best oil coming from the best olive trees of the region of KAIROUAN; these olive trees are part of the varieties CHEMLALI and OUESLATI internationally known for producing pure oil with a so special flavor.
VOG Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We provide an olive oil that is extra virgin and does conform to the norms of the International Olive Council. This olive oil is 100 % natural and has a maximum acidity of 0,5 % and a fruity taste. We provide an excellent price quality report which allows us to compete with the European olive oils.
Tunisia 2015 Top olive oil exporter
Tunisia exported more olive oil than any other country for the 2014/2015 season, overtaking Spain, according to statistics released by the Tunisian Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy. Olive oil exports reached 299,300 tons — three times the previous year’s output and more than 10 percent of global olive oil consumption — fetching a record 1.9 billion Tunisian dinars ($976 million) .
